Meet Janette
Caine Luxury Team, REALTOR®Jan grew up in a suburb of Kansas City called Overland Park, KS and raised her family in Olathe, KS. For 30 years she worked in the title insurance industry helping real estate agents solve real-estate issues. She worked tirelessly building relationships with real estate agents, builders, lenders and most importantly buyers and sellers. She and her husband, Mike, moved to Cape Coral in February of 2016 where she finished up her career in the title industry. Most recently, Jan retired in December of 2019, and activated her Florida license, a dream she had always been working toward. Jan is passionate about communication and ensuring that all parties understand the full real-estate process. She is adamant about producing smooth transactions and making the extraordinary the norm.
In her spare time, Jan likes to watch football and has a passion for cooking with her husband. They used to compete in BBQ competitions and were KCBS judges. She loves spending time with her fur baby Charlie (aka/Fuzy E. Butt). Another fun fact is: she likes to check out different beaches.. hence the nick name “Toes in the Sand Jan”.
